# Làm cách nào để có huy hiệu Mentor tận tụy?

Huy hiệu Mentor được Mentori tạo ra để ghi nhận những cống hiến nổi bật của Mentor khi Mentor đã dành ra rất nhiều giờ chia sẻ kiến thức và kinh nghiệm với các bạn Mentee khác.

Mentori muốn công nhận, đánh giá cao và tôn vinh những Mentor vì điều này, đó là lý do tại sao Mentori đã tạo ra huy hiệu Mentor tận tụy (Dedicated Mentor).

Huy hiệu này sẽ được trao cho Mentor có những yếu tố sau:

* Đã cố vấn cho 20 mentee trở lên
* Tỉ lệ quên lịch/vắng mặt tại buổi hẹn dưới 10%
* Lượt đánh giá 5 sao

Huy hiệu này sẽ được trao khi Mentor hoạt động, nếu mentor tắt hoạt động huy hiệu này sẽ không được hiển thị nữa.
