# Các bước của một buổi cố vấn cơ bản

Quy trình của một buổi cố vấn cơ bản như sau:

1. Truy cập [tại đây ](https://mentori.vn/mentor)và Tìm kiếm Mentor phù hợp với bạn (bạn có thể xem thêm bài hướng dẫn [Tìm kiếm Mentor](/ho-tro/huong-dan-tim-kiem-mentor.md))

2. Gửi lời mời kết nối cho Mentor theo lịch rảnh của Mentor đặt trước. Tại đây bạn hãy chọn cho mình chủ đề mà bạn mong muốn được cố vấn, đồng thời hãy viết những vấn đề bạn muốn thảo luận hoặc mục tiêu bạn muốn đạt được để Mentor có thể hiểu rõ hơn về mục tiêu của bạn.

3. Đợi Mentor phản hồi, Mentor có quyền đồng ý/từ chối lời mời kết nối sau khi đọc hồ sơ cá nhân và xem tin nhắn của Mentee
4. Buổi cố vấn 1:1 diễn ra trong vòng 1h (qua Google meet)
5. Mentor/Mentee sau khi gặp gỡ, trao đổi để lại đánh giá, nhận xét cho nhau
